Lockdown Is The Cure Says Rajesh Tailang
Noted for his stellar performances in Delhi Crime and Mirzapur, actor Rajesh Tailang gets candid about his life in Lockdown, aspirations and little things that makes him appreciate life more.
Talking to us over an exclusive telephonic interview, Rajesh spoke about his time in lockdown, family, friends, binge list and more.
When asked about lockdown and his thoughts on the matter, Rajesh said, “My thoughts on Lockdown see I think there is no known cure for this pandemic, so lockdown is only cure right now and we should follow it properly. According to experts and even for that our Prime Minister has suggested the same, so we should all follow that, and be responsible towards our own self, family, friends, society and nation”
Talking about spending his time at home without family members, who are unfortunately stuck at different places due to lockdown, Rajesh said, “I like being at home, I enjoy spending alone time, and this is by chance that my family members are scattered in Delhi and Rajasthan, I am alone at home, so I am cleaning, moping, washing, cooking food, talking to friends over phone, and I am writing something right now and editing a documentary”
“I like spending time at home, and I have been spending time with family but yes, this is first time that I will be home for a month, at a stretch. Benefits of this lockdown, I do have more appreciation for little things that makes me happy. And of course, being alive is everything, I hope the world remain healthy. The environment is cleaner now, Delhi sky is blue, air is cleaner now, birds are chirping once again. I think after this lockdown, my thinking will be changed forever, the way of life will also change, and I am sure the world will change for better as well” added Rajesh.
