Rajkummar Rao celebrates a decade in Bollywood
From playing Govind Patel in the movie Kai Po Che! to Shahid Azmi in Shahid, from playing a small role as Vijay in the film Queen to Deepak Singh in City Lights, From playing Shaurya in the film Trapped to Newton Kumar in Newton, Rajkummar Rao has impressed us with his superlative acting skills in each and every role he has played. The actor completed 10 brilliant years in the industry and thanked each and every person who was a part of his journey till now.
He shared a collage of his onscreen characters and wrote, "Its been 10 years for me in the industry. A dream that i saw in my hometown as a kid and to actually see it coming alive is nothing but blessings. Big thanks to all my Co- actors, directors, producers, writers & technicians & Many thanks to YOU, the audience and cinema lovers all across the world. It wouldn't have been possible without ur love & support. Thank you my KarmaBhoomi #Mumbai. It's just a humble beginning for me. I'll always try to push my boundaries and to entertain you and engage you with my work."
Rajkummar started his journey by playing a small role of a news reader in Ram Gopal Verma's 'Rann' in 2010 which was followed by Dibaker Banerjee's film 'Love Sex Aur Dhokha in the same year. Since then there has been no looking back for the actor.
The past ten years have been full of accolades and appreciation for his umpteen roles played on screen. He has even won a National Award for his promising performance in the film Shahid.
Rajkummar will next be seen in films like 'Ludo', 'Roohi Afzana', 'Chhalaang' and 'Badhaai Do'.
