Yash Raj Films Postpone Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar

Actor Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer 'Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar' release date has been postponed due to Corona Virus Pandemic.

Don't know what is in fate for Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer film 'Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar'? The film whose release date has been postponing since the year 2018, was finally about to get released on 20th March, 2020. But once again, the film release date has been postponed owing to outbreak of COVID-19 in the country.

Yash Raj Films tweeted the news, "Given the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the country, we have decided to postpone the release of Dibakar Banerjee's Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. The health and safety of everyone is of utmost importance at this time."

The film was shot in the year 2017 and was slated for a 2018 release but owing to some undisclosed reasons, YRF kept postponing the date of the film. Finally the trailer of the film was released couple of weeks ago with 20th March, 2020 as its release date. The trailer was well received by the audience and Arjun Parineeti fans were looking forward for the film as well. But think, they will have to wait again for sometime to watch the film!

COVID-19 outbreak has lead to postponing of many films worldwide. People have been advised to stay indoors and maintain social distance. As a safety measure, many film institutions in India have decided to put shooting of all films, TV shows and advertisements on hold till 31st March, 2020.
