Bollywood celebrities such as Abhishek Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Tusshar Kapoor, Sonali Kulkarni are more pour tribute for veteran make-up artist Pandhari Juker, who passed away recently.

Bollywood is driven by glitter and glamour, and the man who was making the actors a lot more beautiful and that too for 60 years, Pandhari Juker, has passed away at the age of 88.

The make-up artist had dedicated 6 decades to the film Industry and has worked with bigwigs like Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan and more. He was even awarded the Shantaram Jeevan Gaurav for his work.

Actor Abhishek Bachchan took to his social media and wrote, “RIP Pandhari Dada. The Godfather of make-up in the industry. Was blessed that I, at least got to sit on his make-up chair just once. It was an honour and a dream. He’ll make the heavens look even more beautiful now. Condolences and prayers to his family and students”

Actress Sonali Kulkarni tweeted, “He not only made us look beautiful with his Midas touch.. He made generations and decades of our industry beautiful.. taught selflessly.. worked beyond regionality.. RIP PandhariDada...Ever grateful for your art and your contribution”

Actor Tusshar Kapoor shared, “RIP Pandhari Dada! Iconic makeup artist who did my first look test and also trained my first make up man! Thank you again!”

Diva Madhuri Dixit Nene wrote, “Saddened to hear of the passing of Pandhari Dada, who has worked with everyone from Meena kumari to Madhubala to today. I have very fond memories of him working together in Tezaab, Ram Lakhan & many more. He made everyone look beautiful & elegant on screen. May soul rest in peace”
