Kritika Kamra Wants Government To Scrap CAA

Actress Kritika Kamra says she wants government to scrap CAA, which has led to people to die.

With an increasing number of protests around every state; citizens from all walks of life are taking to social media or roads to voice their opinion on the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and Kritik Kamra just took to her social media profile and urged Indian government to scrap CAA.

Kritika Kamra tweeted, “People have DIED. Many locked up. Kids hurt! Police struggling. Property damaged. Internet shut down. Roads and metro closed. Daily life disrupted. Businesses suffering. Indians are heartbroken but the government won’t break their silence. #ScrapCAA #StopThisMadness”

The Delhi recently witnessed the most violent police crackdown on the students of Jamia Millia Islamia University, and ever since film and television industry celebrities are tweeting against CAA and NRC.

The actress got noticed for her work on working on television shows such as Kitani Mohabbat Hai, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, Reporters and Prem Ya Paheli: Chandrakanta.
