Saddened By Unrest Across Educational Institutions Says Hrithik Roshan

India has witnessed an increasing number of protests around every state; citizens from all walks of life are taking to social media or roads to voice their opinion on the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and now superstar Hrithik Roshan finally breaks his silence over Jamia Protest stating that he is saddened by the unrest.

Bollywood celebrities, despite facing flak for their silence over the ongoing nationwide protests following police violence at Delhi's Jamia Millia Islamia University, Hrithik Roshan finally expressed his view on the situation.

Hrithik Roshan took to his social media profile and expressed that he is deeply saddened by the unrest going on at educational institutions across the country.

He tweeted: "As a parent and a citizen of India, I am deeply saddened by the unrest across various educational institutions of our country. I hope and pray for peace to return as soon as possible. Great teachers learn from their students. I salute the worlds youngest democracy.”

Meanwhile on the work front, Roshan's starred in Vikas Bahl's biographical film Super 30, based on the mathematician Anand Kumar and his educational program Super 30.

Next Hrithik starred alongside Tiger Shroff in Yash Raj Films' War, an action thriller which emerged as his highest-grossing release. The actor hasn’t confirmed his next movie, but it’s been speculated that he will also appear in the fourth instalment of the Krrish series — superhero film Krrish 4 expected to release in Christmas 2020.
