Karisma Kapoor embraces self-love as she turns 45

Karisma Kapoor who is celebrating her 45th birthday was showered with wishes from her family friends and the film fraternity. The actress herself shared a very important message for herself and fans on the occasion.

Karisma shared a sun-kissed bikini-clad image on Instagram and wrote, "Love urself at every age ? #nofilter#birthdaymood " The no filter has Lolo looking stunning by the pool in an all black two piece.  

Some of the other actors and industry members who wisher her included, Malaika Arora, Sonam Kapoor and more. Sonam shared a picture with Karisma and wrote, " My dearest Lolo!? Sending you all the love and light on your special day. Wishing you a very Happy Birthday @therealkarismakapoor ? "

Designer Manish Malhotra wrote, "The very gorgeous @therealkarismakapoorhappy birthday .. with the 29 years of working together and being friends you have defined focus, hard work and each and every time redefined Style ... love always my dearest lolo .  "

Amitra Arora also wished Lolo with a pic and captioned it as, "Happy happy birthday my darling @therealkarismakapoor ❤️❤️❤️❤️ My soul sister and voice of reason ,love you ❤️???????? "

Madhuri Dixit who has shared screen space with Karisma in Dil Tho Pagal Hai, she wrote, " Wishing you a very Happy Birthday #KarismaKapoor. Just remembering the unforgettable dance off scene we shot for #DilTohPagalHai and the unlimited laughter on the sets that still continue every time we meet. I hope your special day is filled with loads of laughter and love."

Karisma has given amazing films like Coolie No.1, Raja Hindustani, Raja Babu, Andaz Apna Apna, Hum Saath-Saath Hain, Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge and many more. She is currently celebrating her birthday with her family including sister Kareena and mother Babita Kapoor. On work front, she has been away from the screen for a while and was last seen in Dangerous Ishhq (2012) and had cameo appearances in films like Bombay Talkies and Zero.

She has moved to the digital series where she will be seen in ALTBalaji's web-series 'Mentalhood.'
