​Would Like To Act And Produce My Own Script Says Kunal Kapoor

Actor Kunal Kapoor says he has successfully completed writing his own script and would like to act and produce it soon enough.

Kunal Kapoor hosted a press conference talk about his forthcoming release titled Noblemen, which is helmed by Vandana Kataria. The film tackles the issue of bullying in school.

Talking about future projects, Kunal Kapoor said, “I have a film, Koi Jaane Naa, which I am working on; we have finished 90 percent of the film. The film is produced by T-series and it’s been directed by a new director Amin Hajee. The film will release sometime this year itself”

“And I have just finished writing a script of a film that I want to act in and produce as well. Hopefully that film will go on floors sometime later this year” added Kunal.

Kunal Kapoor made his debut with noir film Meenakshi and has worked in the some of the most successful and some not so successful films in his career.

Talking about his journey in film Industry, Kunal said, “My journey has been interesting. It’s been a journey of learning; it’s been journey of ups and downs, and it’s been also a journey of meeting really interesting peoples. I don’t think I could have done anything else but this; acting is something I enjoy the most and being on movie set is something I love. And the journey has been very interesting, a lot of self growth, and I got the chance to meet and work with interesting people”

Koi Jaane Na is a psychological thriller starring Kunal Kapoor and Amyra Dastur. The film is directed by debutante filmmaker Amin Hajee and produced by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series. The shooting is underway in Panchgani, Maharashtra.

Amin has worked as an actor in films like Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India, Mangal Pandey,  Jodha Akbar and My Friend Pinto. His screenwriting credits include Swades and Haunted – 3D. 

Koi Jaane Naa also stars Aditi Gowitrikar and Raj Zutshi.
