Deeply Personal Project Says Vikram About 'Thangalaan'

Actor Vikram, renowned for his remarkable versatility and dedication to his craft, has once again captivated audiences with his latest performance in the Tamil action-adventure film, Thangalaan.

On Monday, a special press conference for Thangalaan was held in Mumbai ahead of its Hindi release on 30th August. Attendees including director Pa. Ranjith, actor Vikram, and actress Parvathy Thiruvothu.

Vikram expressed his profound appreciation for his role in Thangalaan. He described the film as a deeply personal project, one that he cherishes and hopes to share with future generations. “I would like to thank my director Ranjith for giving me such a fantastic role,” Vikram said. “I would not call it just a role. I would say it is another identity of mine. He helped me discover Thangalaan, and I am so glad that I discovered Thangalaan with somebody as beautiful and passionate about her work as Parvathy.”

Thangalaan, directed by Pa. Ranjith and produced by K. E. Gnanavel Raja under Studio Green and Neelam Productions, is a cinematic exploration set in a rich and dynamic world. The film showcases Vikram in a multifaceted role, where he takes on five distinct characters, further showcasing his range and depth as an actor.

The ensemble cast also includes Parvathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, Pasupathy, Hari Krishnan, Arjun Anbudan, and Preeti Karan, adding to the film’s strong narrative and emotional impact.
