Akkineni Nagarjuna Addresses Land Encroachment Speculations: Reaffirms Commitment to Legal Process
In recent times, there has been a surge in speculation and rumors surrounding the land on which N-Convention is built. Akkineni Nagarjuna, a prominent figure in the Indian film industry, has taken a stand to clarify the situation and address these concerns head-on.
In a recent statement, Nagarjuna reassured fans and well-wishers that the land in question is fully documented and legally compliant. He emphasized that the N-Convention site is situated on land covered by a Patta Document, confirming that no encroachment has occurred beyond the legally designated boundaries.
Nagarjuna's statement comes in response to ongoing rumors and exaggerated reports suggesting otherwise. He referenced a significant ruling by the Special Court of the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act. On February 24, 2014, the court passed judgment Sr.3943/2011, which affirmed that there had been no encroachment on Tummidikunta Lake, thus validating the legality of the land in question.
The matter has now been formally presented to the High Court, where Nagarjuna has expressed his commitment to adhering to the law and respecting the court's judgment. He has requested that until the legal proceedings are finalized, individuals refrain from engaging in speculation or disseminating misinformation.
