A.R. Rahman Unveils Soundtrack for Groundbreaking Immersive Film "Le Musk"

Award-winning composer and Oscar-winner A.R. Rahman has launched the soundtrack for his highly anticipated immersive film, Le Musk. Released globally today on Believe Music, the album features 12 diverse and soulful tracks that reflect Rahman’s renowned musical brilliance.

Le Musk represents a pioneering cinematic experience, merging music, fragrance, and visual storytelling to create an unprecedented form of immersive cinema. Rahman, who also directed the film, has crafted a soundtrack that complements this innovative approach with a blend of Jazz, orchestral, and eclectic elements.

"Music is the heartbeat of Le Musk. It carries the soul of the film, guiding the audience through an emotional and sensory journey," Rahman said. He described the project as a labor of love aimed at pushing the boundaries of cinematic technology.

The soundtrack includes contributions from notable artists such as Nora Arnezeder, Sana Moussa, Linda Lind, Mayssa Karaa, and Hiral Viradia, as well as collaborations with The Firdaus Orchestra and the Budapest Orchestra. Renowned music engineer Greg Penny also played a key role in shaping the album.

Le Musk, which was showcased at Cannes XR and has been featured in Los Angeles and Toronto, is set to redefine immersive storytelling. Rahman plans to expand this unique experience globally by setting up immersive studios worldwide.
