Film Movement has unveiled the trailer for "The Beautiful Summer," a captivating coming-of-age film directed by Laura Luchetti. Set against the backdrop of Turin in 1938, the film promises to weave a tale of youthful optimism, burgeoning identity, and the complexities of love.

The narrative centers around Ginia, portrayed by Yile Yara Vianello, who, alongside her brother, ventures from the countryside to Turin in pursuit of a new life. Despite the looming shadow of a fascistic government, Ginia embraces her new urban existence with optimism. Her talent as a seamstress at an atelier quickly earns her acclaim, impressing even her initially stern employer. However, it is Ginia's encounter with Amelia, a captivating and enigmatic young woman, that sets her on a transformative journey.
