All Comedy Element In Generous Portion In Madgaon Express Says Actor Avinash Tiwary

Actor Avinash Tiwary, who forayed into comic space with Madgaon Express says the film has been a liberating and less taxing experience.

When asked his movie being constantly compared to cult hit Hera-Pheri, actor Avinash said, “There is certain amount of situational comedy, there is certain amount of slap-stick comedy, and there are amazing dialogues to it, all the elements which you look for in a comedy are there, and they are mixed properly with generous amount, which is why kudos to Kunal Kemmu, that he managed to pull it off.”

“And if you reference it with Hera-Pheri, what can I say, it is one of the best comedy movies in the last decade or two. Even in the reviews, people have been saying "peak Shetty and peak Dhawan, and it feels amazing to be part of such a film” added Avinash.

Madgaon Express, written and directed by actor Kunal Khemu in his directorial debut and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under the banner of Excel Entertainment. It stars an ensemble cast of Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, Nora Fatehi, Upendra Limaye and Chhaya Kadam.
