Lara Dutta Pays A Tribute To Martyrs Of Pulwama Attack

While the world is celebrating Valentine’s day, actress Lara Dutta Bhupathi share a tribute for the martyrs of Pulwama attack, which took place five years ago on the same day.

Sharing a video post on her social media, Lara Dutta Bhupathi captioned it, “Having grown up as an armed forces kid, while working on Ranneeti I learnt in great detail about the sacrifices made in Pulwama 5 years ago and the chain of heroic actions of the Indian forces it set in motion. 14th of Feb will always be a day dedicated to the jawans who lost their lives in the #PulwamaAttack.”

In the video, Lara is seen saying, “Today the 14th Feb, is celebrated the world over as the day of love. But for us Indians there is also a day of remembrance. Because today, 14th Feb, marks five years to the day that our brave-hearts lost their lives in service to their country, in the Pulwama attack”

“Today we may be blessed and fortunate to spend the day with our loved ones, you must never forget the ultimate sacrifice of our soldiers, who lost their lives, and left their loved ones behind. India will never forget, and we salute our brave soldiers today, and always” added Lara.
