After ruling the arena of acting and production, Huma Qureshi adds one more feather in her cap, turns author with her first novel 'Zeba: An Accidental Superhero' (HarperCollins India).

Huma took to her social media profile and dropped a video post, where she is seen spending time with fens signing copies of the book at a popular bookstore.

She captioned it, “Yesterday was so special visiting some old bookstores in Delhi … @bahrisons_booksellers @faqirchandbookstore and @midlandbooksofficial It was so beautiful so see these places run now by 3rd and 4th generations…the beauty of a legacy… of family run enterprise in these tiny bylanes of Delhi where it’s not about dispassionately ordering something online but to have a store or a person you trust and who recommends you your favourite book to read is….priceless!!”

“I remember visiting these stores as a little girl and throughout my school and college days … and coming here after the release of my first book was so special. The trip was every bit worth it .. the stores have the same warmth and smiles, the books smell the same and joy of discovering a new book every bit alive… Thank god somethings stay just the same …#booklover #legacy #love #nostalgia” added Huma.

'Zeba: An Accidental Superhero', according to the book's blurb, is a story of magic, wonder and resilience, where the protagonist, Zeba, wearing her hijab as a cape, becomes a relatable symbol of strength in the face of challenges.

Last seen in Tarla, actor Huma is busy wrapping Pooja Meri Jaan, written by Kanishka and Navjot Gultai, the thriller also stars Mrunal Thakur, Vikram Singh Chauhan and Vijay Raaz.
