Meera Chopra Slam Journalist For Tweaking Her Interview

Meera Chopra, who is making headlines for her stunning role in transgender drama Safed, took to her social media profile and slammed a news portal and reporter for taking liberty with her interview and altered her news-article to make it sensational.

Sharing an angry post on her X profile, Meera wrote, “Journalism is a social responsibility which very few journalists are fulfilling. Most of them are doing their job without any education or experience in it.”

“I met one such journalist recently. To make her piece look more sensational she herself added some names and altered the whole article. What kind of shoddy job is this?? Media houses should be more careful while hiring such people is my only advice. @ShikhaDuggal07 @TheDailyPioneer @tv9” added Meera.

Meera even named the reporter and new portal, which altered her story and make it something which she never said or implied.

Talking about the movie Safed, which is written, directed and produced by Sandeep Singh, the film revolves around the lonely and abandoned life of a widow and a eunuch who find comfort in one another despite social rejection.
