KRK Quitting Reviewing, Issues An Apology

Kamaal R Khan or KRK, a noted actor and self-claimed film critic and trade analyst, clocks a decade of reviewing films, in his own style and now announces his retirement from the business and issues an apology to everyone and anyone, who has been hurt by his words or actions.

Kamaal R Khan took to his social media profile X, and wrote, “Thank you all the Bollywood People for bearing me for last 10 years. I just tried to do my job honestly irrespective of my personal relation with anyone. I sincerely apologise, If anyone of you got hurt coz of my review. #Dunki will be last film, I will review. Love you all.  @kamaalrkhan @SrBachchan @juniorbachchan @iamsrk @BeingSalmanKhan @akshaykumar @iHrithik @deepikapadukone @TheAaryanKartik @TheJohnAbraham @SidMalhotra @Varun_dvn @advani_kiara @hegdepooja”

Moments later he tweeted, “I am leaving critic job to fulfill my dream of becoming writer-director. I will officially announce my film in January 2024 as a director. Hope I will be able to make a good film.”

This could perhaps the most sane and mature thought KRK had in long time and regardless of his abusive and misleading reviews, he is quite popular among fans. Before saying goodbye to his reviewing, he would review SRK starrer Dunki.

KRK recently features in a music video titled “Sun Zara" in collaboration with leading music label T-Series. Sun Zara was written by KRK, sung by Sonu Nigam, and composed by DJ Sheizwood.
