Hulu Drops The Artful Dodger Trailer
Hulu drops the official trailer for The Artful Dodger, a spin on Charles Dickens' classic story Oliver Twist.
Set in 1850s Australia the series follows adult double life of Charles Dickens' famous prince of thieves Dodger, now a surgeon, but who can't shake his predilection for crime.
Dodger's past returns to haunt him with the arrival of Fagin, who wants to lure him back into a world of crime. And an even greater threat — to Dodger's heart — is Lady Belle Fox (as played by Maia Mitchell), the Governor's daughter, who is determined to become the colony’s first female surgeon.
The series stars Thomas Brodie Sangster, David Thewlis, Damon Herriman, Tim Minchin, Maia Mitchell, Miranda Tapsell, Luke Carroll, Kim Gyngell, Vivienne Awosoga, and Nicholas Burton.
