Indian 2 Intro Is Out, Kamal Haasan Is Back As Senapathy

Kamal Haasan as Senapathy in Indian 2 is back after a long gap of 27 years. The film is helmed by Shankar, and this one picks where the first part ended.

Sharing the intro on social media, the official handle of Lyca Productions wrote, “Vanakkam India, INDIAN IS BACK, Presenting INDIAN-2 AN INTRO”

Kamal Haasan as Senapathy/Indian, an old freedom fighter turned vigilante who fights against corruption and crimes is back and this time around the ensemble is bigger than before, the film also stars Siddharth, SJ Suryah, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kalidas Jayaram, Gulshan Grover, Nedumudi Venu, Vivek, Samuthirakani, Zakir Hussain, Piyush Mishra, Bobby Simha, Guru Somasundaram, Delhi Ganesh, Brahmanandam, Jayaprakash, Manobala, Vennela Kishore and Deepa Shankar and more.

The footage is set to a new track titled Come Back Indian, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with lyrics by Arivu. After shooting within India in places like Chennai, Rajahmundry, Gwalior and Bhopal, the film’s production is also happening abroad.

Bankrolled by Lyca Productions with Red Giant Movies, Indian 2 has music by Anirudh, and the director of photography is Ravi Varman, with Sreekar Prasad as the editor.
