12th Fail Is A Heart-Warming Film Says Anil Kapoor
Veteran actor Anil Kapoor, who caught a special screening of 12th Fail, is all praises for the educational drama and entire team for creating a heart-warming film.
12th Fail, written and directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, based on the novel of the same name by Anurag Pathak. The film stars Vikrant Massey, Medha Shankar, Sanjay Bishnoi and Harish Khanna, It received widespread critical acclaim and was a commercial success.
Sharing a note on his social media profile, Anil Kapoor wrote, “Just watched #12thFail & it was pure joy! Took me back to my days of struggle & how often I had to hit the restart button in the face of roadblocks.”

Meanwhile on the work front, Anil Kapoor will soon be seen in Animal, helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and produced by T-Series and Cine1 Studios. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri. The film is slated for 1 December 2023 release.
