Wamiqa Gabbi is super thrilled as two of her projects with Vishal Bhardwaj 'Charlie Chopra & The Mystery of Solang Valley' and 'Khufiya' have been released back to back. The actress revealed when she was ready to get bald for Vishal Bhardwaj's another project 'Midnight Children'.

Wamiqa Gabbi has been a part of Hindi, Malayalam, Punjabi and Tamil films and with her superb acting skills, she has carved a niche for herself. In an exclusive conversation she opened up on the film Khufiya, when she was ready to get bald for a role and much more.

Talking about the time when she was ready to get bald for a role, she said, "I feel Vishal sir and hair cut have some connection. I always wanted to shave my head but being an actress I could never do that. When I was working on Midnight Children with Vishal sir, he had asked me to get bald for that role and I was super excited to do that. I had no inhibition in getting bald for a role which was being directed by Vishal Sir. "

Talking about her character Charu from the film Khufiya, she said, "I loved playing Charu in the film. Earlier I used to get conscious on the set but now I have learnt how to blur the people all around and act. "

Charlie Chopra & The Mystery of Solang Valley' is a mystery thriller series on Sony LIV directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The show is based on a crime mystery novel by Agatha Christie, The Sittaford Mystery.  It is produced by Vishal Bhardwaj Pictures, Priti Sahani, and Agatha Christie Limited. The series stars Wamiqa Gabbi, Priyanshu Painyuli, Naseeruddin Shah, Lara Dutta, Neena Gupta, Ratna Pathak Shah, Gulshan Grover , Paoli Dam , Vivaan Shah and Imaad Shah.

Khufiya is a spy thriller film written, produced and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The film is based on Amar Bhushan's espionage novel Escape to Nowhere. It stars Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi and Ali Fazal. The film is currently streaming on Netflix.
