Street Harassment Campaign Is For Both The Genders Says Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who stole the spotlight at the ongoing Paris Fashion Week, graced the campaign Standup Against Street Harassment in Mumbai last night.

Aishwarya Rai graced the Red Carpet of the Loreal Paris Campaign Standup Against Street Harassment in Mumbai.

While interacting with media, Aishwarya Rai poignantly pointed out that street harassment is not just limited to one gender, it is true for both the genders.

She said, “Thank you all for coming here, it is an important event, as it talks about a very important issue of Street Harassment Against Women, but I think it holds true for both genders. What’s important is that people should feel safe and protected.”

“Loreal Paris is working with Right To Be, an NGO that is looking to end harassment of all forms and they have this stand-up program against street harassment” added Aishwarya.

For the evening, Aishwarya was seen in a velvet dark black designer outfit. She looked radiant and poised.

Other than Aishwarya, Anshula Kapoor, Kirti Kulhari, John Abraham, Shriya Saran, Gauahar Khan, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, Tejasswi Prakash, Aditi Rao Hydari, Shefali Shah, Fastima Sana Shaikh, and many more were also present at the event.

Aishwarya Rai was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan I and II, directed by Mani Ratnam, based on Chola Dynasty. The film also featured Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Jayaram, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prakash Raj, Prabhu, R. Sarathkumar, R. Parthiban, Rahman, Lal and Vikram Prabhu.
