The Mill Trailer Is Out

Mumbai, 29th September 2023 (Newshelpline) - Hulu drops the trailer for a sci-fi thriller called The Mill, directed by filmmaker Sean King O'Grady.

Revolving around a businessman wakes up in an open-air prison cell with only an old grist mill. Forced to work as a beast of burden, he must find a way to escape before the birth of his child. The film stars Lil Rel Howery, Pat Healy, Karen Obilom, and Patrick Fischler.

Joe (Lil Rel Howery) is a rising star at Mallard, a mega-corporation whose market value is more than Apple and Amazon combined. He wakes up all suited-booted in the open-air prison and yet has no memory of how he got there in the first place. Joe also has a pregnant wife at home and his only chance of seeing her again is to grind at the old archaic grist mill. But that’s not the worst part.

There’s a sort of timer with daily rounds quota on one of the walls. At the end of the day, whichever employee has done the least number of points will be terminated.

The screenplay is written by Jeffrey David Thomas. Produced by Josh Feldman, Howery, O'Grady, and Jesse Ford. Hulu will stream the film from October 9th, 2023.
