The Elephant In The Room Explore Conversation With Bappa Says Daisy Shah

Actress Daisy Shah, who will next seen in short film The Elephant In The Room, said that the film explores the conversation with Ganpati, with a modern twist.

Daisy Shah and Nitinn Miranni were interacting with Newshelpline to promote their short film The Elephant In The Room.

Actress Daisy Shah, who plays the role of Meher in short format, said, “Everyone who believes in the god, especially Ganpati, in this film we have shown the conversations with Ganpati. Look there is mythology, where certain elements are in a specific manner, but our Bappa in this film is very modern, and he even speaks today’s language. Hence making it more connecting and relatable.”

“Elephant in the room, the meaning of the title is that, there are so many things that exists, we know it, but we don’t want to address it. It took us one elephant to address the elephant in the room” added Daisy.

The Elephant In The room star cast includes Daisy Shah, Viraf Patell, Nitinn R Miranni, Salonie Patel, Pratiksha Sen, Akanksha Pandey and Sankalp Joshi.

Talking about the film, co-actor Nitinn said, “I have seen people praying to Ganpati in many different ways. I saw a women once treating the lord like a baby, one time there was this kid, who was taking selfie with Ganpati, this is such an innocent way to loving the lord, there are no boundaries to it. We have kept the whole thing respectful”

It is directed by Krishan Hooda, Presented by Alter Ego Entertainment, produced by Aartie Miranni and Prakash Moolani and Dialogue and Screenplay is by Neeltarni Pratap. The short film release on 19th September.
