Jawan Is Exactly Like A Bollywood Pot-Boiler Should Be Says Chitrangada Singh

Mumbai, 5th September 2023 (Newshelpline) - Actor turned producer Chitrangada Singh is all praise for Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan, says the film is exactly like a pot-boiler should be.

Chitrangada Singh was interacting with Newshelpline during the inauguration of Bespokewala store in Juhu.

When asked about Gadar 2 ruling the box-office and Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan releasing in 3 days, Chitrangada said, “Everybody is so happy, I think it is very important for the business, I think this is a huge hope that will bring the audience back in the theaters, you know, festival time has started again, for us Indians, our films are really important for us, that connection was severed due to COVID, I am so happy, and I am certain that Jawan will give us so much to celebrate.”

“I liked them, it is like full-masala, exactly like a Bollywood pot-boiler film should be, I think it’s been done classily, the visuals are so different, and of-course it is Shah Rukh Khan, he is looking so good. It takes a lot of work to put the film for release, we all have been missing Shah Rukh Khan on-screen, and he is back” added Chitra about Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan’s song and promo.

Talking about her favorite designer and fashion quotient, Chitrangada added, “I’ve quite a few favorite designers, there are so many designers who are working to bring back traditional Indian work, especially prints, in the main-stream fashion; couture fashion, and they are getting so much appreciation for it. I love Indian cloths, and I feel that on Indian girls, our traditional colors and work, looks good, everything Indian looks good.”
