Michael Jackson Of Balrampur; Vicky Kaushal On His Character In The Great Indian Family
Mumbai, 30th August 2023 (Newshelpline) – Actor Vickya Kaushal, who will be seen playing the role of local singer in upcoming The Great Indian Family, says his character is the Michael Jackson of fictional town Balrampur.
Vicky Kaushal was interacting with Newshelpline during the song, Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja launch in Mumbai.
When asked about his character in the film, Vicky said, “The film is set in a fictional town, Balrampur, and my character Bhajan Kumar is the Elvis Presley of the town. He is Michael Jackson aka Bhajan Kumar. And this guy enjoys this rockstar feel. The attention that gets, the celebrations he gets to be part of, he enjoys it tremendously. Whether it's Jagrata, housewarming, mundann, birthday party, or whatever the occasion is, this guy is just there, creating his magic.”
“Even this song, Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja brings that feeling, The Great Indian Family is also there in the song. I can only reveal this much before the trailer launch, that is the Michael Jackson of Balrampur” added Vicky.
Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja, the first song from YRF’s next family drama The Great Indian Family, Is composed by Pritam, the song has been sung by Nakash Aziz, penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
