Bollywood Deals With Pressure Pretty Well Says Suniel Shetty

Actor Suniel Shetty, who launched the first ever 24/7 online mental health app, said Bollywood deals with pressure pretty well and that is why it’s in the forefront of everything.

Actor, Investor, and entrepreneur Suniel Shetty along with Manun Thakur, founder of Veda Rehabilitation and Wellness launched the Let’s Get Happi, world’s first 24/7 Online Mental Health App in Mumbai.

When asked despite being in forefront of everything Bollywood stars keep succumbing to mental pressure, Suniel Shetty said, “That is not true, I am from Bollywood and I cope-up with mental pressure pretty well, I have seen a lot of failure also, I haven’t been around for 7-8 years, but that doesn’t mean I am stressed about anything. All of us have stress, and we need to realize that, we are humans, and if we don’t have stress, we don’t have feelings, we are not human, and we’re human, and once you understand, we all are in the same boat, we all are going through stress, and how we handle it, whose help do we seek, and work on it…”

“Bollywood, because it sells, it works, that is why it is everywhere, it’s not that world is asking us, our media keeps asking us the same thing repeatedly, rather than asking us, perhaps one should question themselves why we keep putting Bollywood in forefront of everything, whether sad or good, they put Bollywood in the front of everything. Probably there is a lot of pressure, people are judgmental of Bollywood, because we are public figures. Success and failure both matters to us, and people like to talk about us” added Suniel.

Actor Suniel Shetty also talked about recent suicide of Nitin Desai.

He said, “Heartfelt condolences for him and his family, all I know, he was one of the most talented art directors, one of the most humble art directors, one of the finest human being, I saw him as that, what was it that drove him to do that, is a big question. They say, the God always wants the good ones with him, so does he keeps calling them because he needs them, I don’t know, but all condolences to his family.”
