Motion Teaser For Taali Is Out, Starring Sushmita Sen As Shreegauri Sawant

Mumbai, 1st July 2023 (Newshelpline) – Actor Sushmita Sen starrer Taali, a biopic based on transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant, the first motion teaser for the same is out.

The motion teaser show an intriguing glimpse of Sushmita Sen as Gauri or Shreegauri Sawant, who was one of the petitioners in the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) case of 2013, in connection with which the Supreme Court recognised persons belonging to the transgender community as the third gender.

Sushmita’s fierce and bold avatar in and as Shreegauri Sawant has already built anticipation among the audience.

The biopic has been directed by Ravi Jadhav, created by Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartk D Nishandar, and produced by Arjun Singgh Baran, Kartk D Nishandar and Afeefa Nadiadwal.
