Kamal Haasan On-Board Project K

Mumbai, 26th June 2023 (Newshelpline) - The ensemble of Project K just got bigger, actor Kamal Haasan is the new addition to the action thriller film 'Project K' which also features Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan.

Extending a warm welcome to veteran actor, Prabhas took to his social media and shared a video post and wrote, “A moment that will be etched in my heart forever. Honored beyond words to collaborate with the legendary @iKamalHaasan sir in #ProjectK. The opportunity to learn and grow alongside such a titan of cinema is a dream come true moment”

The bilingual sci-fi drama, Project K is helmed by Nag Ashwin, it also stars Disha Patani in the pivotal role. The film also mark Deepika's debut in the Telugu films.

Project K is reportedly being made on an estimated budget of 500 crore, making it one of the most expensive Indian films ever made. The film's music score is composed by Santhosh Narayanan with cinematography by Djordje Stojiljkovic and production design by Nitin Zihani Choudhary.

Project K is scheduled to be released in cinemas on 12 January 2024 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. Makers have planned to release it globally in different languages including English.
