Mumbai, 23rd June 2023 (Newshelpline) - Jamai Raja fame actor Ravi Dubey, who made headlines with his superlative performance in OTT debut Matsya Kaand, says he is scared of horror films and read hanuman chalisa for strength and courage to watch it.

Ravi Dubey graced the special screening of his long-time friend Sonnalli Seygall starrer Aseq, a horror movie about a couple experiencing dark supernatural forces in their home.

Talking about his friend Sonnalli and gracing the special screening, Ravi said, “My friend, Sonnalli Seygall is in the film, my best wishes are with everyone, I hope that the film does well, and Sonnalli just got married, so she has my best wishes from many-many vantage points.”

When asked if he is comfortable with horror movies, Ravi added, “I am not a fan of horror genre, I am scared witless, believe it or not, I have recited hanuman chalisa three times before coming here.”

Celebrities such as Shraddha Kapoor, Karan Singh Chhabra, Priyaank Sharma, Padmini Kolhapure, Siddhanth Kapoor, Bunty Walia, Vanessa Parmar, Sonnalli Seygall, Sahil Salathia, Eshanya Maheshwari, KRK and more graced the special screening of the film.

Aseq is written and directed by Sarim Momin, starring Sonnalli Seygall, Vardhan Puri, Siddhant Kapoor, Adi Chugh, Emma Kaler, Julian Gillard, Elena Fernandes and more. The film starts streaming on Jio Cinema from today, 23rd June 2023.

Meanwhile on the work front, Ravi is currently busy wrapping his debut movie titled Fradday, which is helmed by Ankur Pajni, backed by Dreamiyata Entertainment.
