Mumbai, 23rd June 2023 (Newshelpline) - Veteran actress Padimi Kolhapure says she is scared of horror films, she is not able to watch them, but still has gathered enough courage to support his nephew Siddhanth Kapoor starrer Aseq.

Padimi Kolhapure was interacting with Newshelpline at the special screening of Aseq, the film is written and directed  Sarim Momin, starring Sonnalli Seygall, Vardhan Puri, Siddhant Kapoor, Adi Chugh, Emma Kaler, Julian Gillard, Elena Fernandes and more.

When asked if she is fan of horror films, Padimi Kolhapure said, “I’ve done a horror film in my childhood, but I haven’t seen the film, neither I want to watch it, and I don’t think I will be able to watch this film as well, but I am here to support Siddhanth Kapoor, entire family is here to support him. It is my understanding that horror is a genre that everyone like because when you go out to watch film, you wish to be an edge-of-your-seat experience”

Padimi also added that apart from horror genre, she is not comfortable with thriller as well. She said, “There was another movie of mine, Blurr, which wasn’t a horror film, it was thriller, even that I watched with difficulty, probably I will sitting with my eyes covered and sit through this film. But I am hopeful that it will be good film and everyone will watch it as well.”

The special screening of the film saw Shraddha Kapoor, Karan Singh Chhabra, Priyaank Sharma, Bunty Walia, Vanessa Parmar, Sahil Salathia, Ravi Dubey, Eshanya Maheshwari, KRK and more in attendance.
