Indian Goodness, Yoga, Has Gone International Says Jackie Shroff

Mumbai, 22nd June 2023 (Newshelpline) - Dapper actor Jackie Shroff along with veteran filmmaker Subhash Ghai participated in an International Yoga Day event at Whistling Woods International, a film school of Ghai, in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Speaking to Newshelpline about the the significance of Yoga and the way goodness of India is reaching to international fame, Jackie Shroff said, “Breathing is the most important thing, what more could I say. Yoga teaches us to concentrate on our breathing, saying too much is never good, one must listen more, concentrate on your breathing, keep your posture straight, plant some trees, we must plant some tree as we all need oxygen.”

“Yoga Day is an auspicious day, but one should celebrate Yoga day every morning, and the way our current government has taken this initiative internationally, it is so good that the world is introduced to goodness from India” added Jackie.

Filmmaker Ghai added, “We are fortunate to have been born in a country where Yoga originated. Therefore, every year, we explain the significance of this day to our Whistling Woods students"

On the work front, Subhash Ghai is now stepping into the world of television after directing some of the biggest Bollywood hits.

Jackie Shroff is busy with Jailer with Rajinikanth, and multi-starrer Baap, which is backed by Zee Studios.

Baap is an action drama and brings the 90s superstars together for the first time, it also features Mithun Chakraborty, Sunny Deol, and Sanjay Dutt along with Shroff.
