Meet Kraven The Hunter, Trailer Is Out

Mumbai, 20th June 2023 (Newshelpline) - The first official trailer for Kraven the Hunter is out, it is a superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, produced by Columbia Pictures in association with Marvel Entertainment.

Distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing, it is intended to be the fourth installment in Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU). The film was directed by J. C. Chandor and written by Art Marcum, Matt Holloway, and Richard Wenk.

It stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ariana DeBose, Russell Crowe, Fred Hechinger, Christopher Abbott and Alessandro Nivola.

An origin story set before he crosses paths with Spider-Man, we see young Kraven mauled by a lion in front of his dad (Russell Crowe) who leaves him for dead. Kraven's blood mixes with the lion's and, from there, a deadly beast is born.

The trailer then reveals a fully-grown Kraven, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, killing multiple enemies in increasingly creative ways. This culminates in Taylor-Johnson's character actually biting off someone's nose and spitting it at the camera.
