Anil Sharma Finally Wraps Gadar 2
Mumbai, 31st May 2023 (Newshelpline) – Filmmaker Anil Sharma, who has been busy shooting the final patch work of Gadar 2, starring Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel, has finally wrapped the film. The director shared a video post on his social media, dancing his heart-out with his team.
Sharing a video post on his social media profile, Anil Sharma tweeted, “Last day of patch work shoot and let’s celebrate together GADAR 2 which is releasing on 11 Aug…you also celebrate and watch #gadarekpremkatha on 9 June on big screen 4K dolby to double up your excitement”
Gadar 2: The Katha Continues is a sequel to the 2001 film, Gadar : Ek Prem Katha, which is slated to re-release in 4k Dolby this coming 9th June.
The film, Gadar 2 also stars Utkarsh Sharma in lead role along with Simrat Kaur, Luv Sinha, Manish Wadhwa, Mir Sarwar, Rohit Choudhary, Gaurav Chopra, Rumi Khan and Arjun Dwivedi.
In the first part, Sunny Deol as Tara Singh, goes to Pakistan for love his life Sakeena played by Amisha Patel. In the second, which is also set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, Tara Singh returns to Pakistan to bring his son, Charanjeet, back home.
