Juhi Chawla Celebrates 25 Years Of Yes Boss
Mumbai, 18th July 2022 (NewsHelpline) – Actress Juhi Chawla just took to her social media profile and penned a heartfelt note for her co-actors, filmmaker and crew, as Yes Boss clocks 25 years of its release.
Released in 1997, the romantic comedy was directed by Aziz Mirza starring Aditya Pancholi, Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla. Produced by Ratan Jain, Yes Boss was one of the most successful films of the year, and was declared a super-hit at the box-office. Based on the film For Love Or Money (1993) starring Michael J Fox.
Sharing a video post on her social media, Juhi Chawla shared, “I didn’t realise we were making memories…I just knew we were having fun…no words to thank the Yess Boss team enough, Azizji, Shah Rukh, Aditya, Johnnybhai, Sarojji for her choreography, our music directors Jatin-Lalitji, with melodious Alka Yagnik, Kumar Sanu, Udit Narayan, Abhijeet and soulful lyrics from Javed Akhtarji…for making such a lovely film watched by millions even today...and thank you God for these priceless moments in life. Yes Boss received six nominations at the 43rd Filmfare Awards including Best Actor for Khan and Best Actress for Chawla. and Best Villain for Pancholi.
On the work front, Juhi Chawla was last seen in the woman-centric drama Chalk n Duster with Shabana Azmi. Juhi also made her OTT debut with The Test Case, where she played an Indian defence minister in the Alt Balaji web series.
