Admire And Adore Vidya Balan Says Shefali Shah

Mumbai, 10th March 2022 (NewsHelpline) – Powerhouse performer Shefali Shah is all praises and awe-struck sharing the screen space with Vidya Balan in forthcoming Jalsa.

Shefali Shah along with Vidya Balan, and filmmaker Suresh Triveni were interacting with NewsHelpline at the trailer launch of Jalsa.

When asked about sharing the screen-space with Vidya Balan, who is equally talented and strong performer, Shefali Shah said, “I have been lucky to work with actors, who all have been incredible. As far as Vidya Balan is concerned, I admire her and adore her tremendously, and when I look at her, I see qualities I wish I had”

“When you have an actor of this caliber, opposite you, it only makes you richer as an actor, it helps you grow. Unfortunately, we don’t have a lot of scenes together, but Maya and Ruksana are not in sync as well, there is a divide between them, I am not talking about class or financial divide, I am talking about the way story pans out, but just the fact that I could be with her, perform alongside her it makes me richer as an actor because I feed off actors opposite me” added Shefali Shah.

Helmed by Suresh Triveni, the film is jointly produced by T-series Abundantia Entertainment. The film features a stellar ensemble of actors like Manav Kaul, Rohini Hattangadi, Iqbal Khan, Vidhatri Bandi, Shrikant Mohan Yadav, Shafeen Patel, and Surya Kasibhatla. The movie is set to premiere on March 18 on Amazon Prime.
