Mumbai, 8th February 2022 (NewsHelpline) – Actor Ruslan Mumtaz believes people crying over Nepotism are sour grapes and only reason they are big debate out of it because they couldn’t make it.
Son of Marathi actress Anjana Mumtaz, actor Ruslan Mumtaz was interacting with NewsHelpline during shoot of a music video Tera Ishq Bada Hain Meetha.
We asked Ruslan about his stand on Nepotism debate and the difference between a star kid or non-star kid, in terms of working, he said, “Star kids are well groomed, I mean since childhood they see their parents working in the industry and pick up things fast. They know all the right people, and they know about everything, from eating right, to keeping fit, so, they are well groomed. Given the fact that most of our stars are good looking, their kids are also good looking. I don’t think nepotism is such a bad thing. People who are talented and doesn’t hail from star family, becomes star with time and work, best example is Shah Rukh Khan”
“I think people crying about Nepotism are sour grape, they are one who couldn’t hack in, hence the crying” added Ruslan.
Industry recently lost its gem, singer Lata Mangeshkar and Ruslan believe she wasn’t just a singer, she was angel living among mortals.
