Shabana Azmi Tested Positive For COVID-19

Mumbai, 1st February 2022 (NewsHelpline) - Veteran actress Shabana Azmi has tested positive for COVID-19 and urge everyone who got in touch with her last couple of days to get them tested as well.

Despite all the precautionary measures and following the guidelines, Shabana Azmi has tested positive, she is isolating at home. She took to her social media profile and confirmed the news, she shared, “Have tested positive for Covid today Have isolated myself at home and Request all those who were in close contact with me to please get tested”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shabana Azmi is busy with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, a romantic drama directed by Karan Johar and produced by Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios. The film also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt.

Shabana is also shooting for What's Love Got to Do With It? is an upcoming British romantic comedy directed by Shekhar Kapur, from a screenplay by Jemima Khan. It stars Lily James, Emma Thompson, Sajal Ali, Shazad Latif, Rob Brydon, and Asim Chaudhry.
