Netflix Drops Minnal Murali’s Bonus Trailer

New addition to Malayalam new generation movement films, Netflix India drops a bonus teaser-trailer for tailor turned superhero drama, Minnal Murali.

The superhero movie stars Tovino Thomas and  Guru Somasundaram along with a whopping ensemble of some 20 other actors.

Sharing the bonus trailer, the official handle of Netflix India cationed the post, “Minnal Murali is here to take you by storm…Pidichu irino! Helmed by Basil Joseph and produced by Sophia Paul, under the banner of Weekend Blockbusters. The film revolves around a a tailor (Tovino Thomas) gains special powers after being struck by lightning, but must take down an unexpected foe if he is to become the superhero his hometown needs.

The film was announced in 2019 and was slated for 2020, but was postponed multiple times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, the makers have opted for digital release. The film release directly through the streaming platform Netflix on 24 December 2021.
