Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is currently on the receiving end of the stick due to his son, Aryan Khan’s alleged involvement in Drug case, and now filmmaker Sanjay Gupta, not only slam people for keeping quite but term it as Shameful.

Ever since, Aryan Khan got arrested in cruise-ship raid and later lodged into Arthur Road Jail without any bail, SRK’s name has been dragged through mud for apparent reason. Now news the viral that Raees actor has tried to bribe the official for the release of his eldest son.

Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta just took to his social media profile and tweeted, “Shahrukh Khan has and continues to give jobs and livelihoods to thousands in the film industry. He has always stood up for every cause for the film industry. And the astute silence of the same film industry in his moment of crisis is nothing short of SHAMEFUL”

Meanwhile on the work front, Sanjay Gupta is currently working Shootout At Byculla, based on the shootout at Mumbai's JJ Hospital. This will be the third part of the Shootout franchise. It would be loosely based on a chapter from Hussain Zaidi's Byculla To Bangkok and would be produced by Ekta Kapoor.

Sanjay is also backing the comeback movie of Fardeen Khan, titled Visfot. The film also stars Riteish Deshmukh. Helmed by Kookie Gulati, the film is bankrolled by White Feather Films and T-Series. It is the official remake of the 2012 Venezuelan film 'Rock, Paper, Scissors'.
