Aryan Khan’s Bail Plea Has Been Rejected
Much awaited bail was denied to Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in cruise ship drug case, the star kid was escorted back to Arthur Road Jail post court hearing today in Mumbai.
A Mumbai sessions court denied bail to actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on 3rd October along with his friend Arbaaz Merchant and six others following a raid on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai.
The court has refused to grant bail Aryan Khan and two others in connection with the seizure of banned drugs onboard a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
Special Judge V V Patil, designated to hear cases related to the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, rejected the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and fashion model Munmun Dhamecha.
The NCB argued that Aryan Khan is a regular consumer of drugs, and the contraband found on his friend - Arbaaz Merchant - was for both of them to have a "blast" on the cruise.
