Akshay Kumar Will Kick-Start Sooryavanshi Promotion On This Date

Rohit Shetty helmed Sooryavanshi is slated for 5th November 2021 theatrical release; it will be first movie to hit the cinema-halls after the re-opening of theatres post pandemic.

Now superstar Akshay Kumar just took to his social media and announced the promotional plan of action for the film, which will start from 21st October. He tweeted, “Aila re Aila, #Sooryavanshi ka waqt aila! Get set to kickstart the promotions with full positivity and style from 21st Oct. #RohitShetty @ajaydevgn @RanveerOfficial #KatrinaKaif”

Bankrolled by Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Picturez, Dharma Productions and Cape of Good Films, based on a script by Yunus Sajawal, Farhad Samji, Sanchit Bendre and Vidhi Ghodgadnkar and an original story by Shetty.

It’s the fourth instalment of cop-universe, starring Akshay Kumar as Anti-Terrorism Squad chief DCP Veer Sooryavanshi opposite Katrina Kaif with supporting cast of Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, Abhimanyu Singh, Niharica Raizada, Vivan Bhatena, Sikandar Kher, Nikitin Dheer and Jaaved Jaaferi.

Actor Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh in extended cameo appearances reprise their roles of Singham and Simmba from the franchise's previous films.
