Popular Television star Rashmi Desai turned show-stopper for designer Anu Mehra for her latest collection at Bombay Times Fashion Week, says she dress up like boys but she enjoys designer wears as well.

While interacting with Newshelpline on the sidelines of her ramp-walk, Rashmi said, “I usually dress up like boys, I’d wearing shorts, baggy pants, sneakers and stuff, but I do love dressing up as well. When I wear feminine stuff, I feel very beautiful”

Sharing her experience of walking the ramp and show-casing bridal collection, Desai said, “I am feeling so beautiful and pretty in her collection. Our culture is so rich and vibrant and it has its own glamour at the same time. I am feeling quite happy walking the ramp for Anu and the kind of look she gave me it’s like a dream wedding look. Indian wedding is something that every girl plans since childhood, so I am feeling so good right now”

Rashmi Desai is known for stunning roles in soap-opera’s such as Ravan, Pari Hoon Main, Uttaran, Dil Se Dil Tak, Naagin 4: Bhagya Ka Zehreela Khel and more, apart from her acting talent, she has won appreciation for experimenting with her looks as well.

Talking about flaunting different looks, Rashmi said, “I keep trying different looks and style, because my profession is such, it allows me space for experimentation. But most people don’t want to experiment with their looks, I try and keep my look different for every role and character, sometimes it works and sometimes it back-fire, which is okay”

She has been part of many non-fictional shows, such as Zara Nachke Dikha, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, Nach Baliye and Bigg Boss as well.
