Gehana Vasisth opens up on fake pornography case filed against her, threatens to take legal action
Addressing the media, she said,"I have come here to record my statement which was long pending. I was being framed wrongfully because I was bringing the truth in front of the people. It was a wrong case but finally I am relieved that the Supreme Court granted me bail. Today I have interim bail and hopefully I will get anticipatory bail too."
She further said,"I have raw footage with me and NOC videos too which will prove that the case filed against me was wrong. Even the CBI has it too, The girl who filed a case against me also filed a case against 4 other directors as well."
When asked about her support for Raj Kundra, she said," I would not like to comment anything about Raj Kundra. I just want to clarify that whatever films we made, were all erotica, bold, but not in the porn genre."
"There was no activity in the films that could be categorised as porn. Besides all this, on digital platforms, there is still no censor.
If no permission is required, then why a case has been filed. Girls have been blackmailed to file a fake case to play the victim and avoid being an accused."
