Shahid Kapoor Says He Misses Jersey Sets
Actor Shahid Kapoor will be seen as a cricketer in the forthcoming Jersey, the actor has been shooting for the film for almost a year now, as a result, now when the shoot is complete, and he misses the sets of sports drama.
Shahid Kapoor took to his social media and dropped a video post, displaying his batting skills while playing cricket in the town. He captioned it, “Played some cricket after almost a year of being on #jersey sets. #majormissing”
In the video, he could be seen playing cricket in his free time on the set of a project.
Helmed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, the film is a Hindi remake of hit south film of the same name, also stars Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur in pivotal roles. The story is about a talented but failed cricketer named Arjun, who decides to make a comeback in his late thirties and play for India, in order to fulfil his son's wish.
The sports drama which has music by Sachet and Parmpara is presented by Allu Aravind and produced by Aman Gill, Dil Raju, and S.Naga Vamsi.
