Inspired by true events, the trailer of '200-Halla Ho' focuses on Dalit Women's fight for justice

Yoodlee Films who has produced the film shared the trailer on its social media page and wrote,"200- Trailer- This August, witness the uprising of 200 women against decades of injustice, inequality and indifference. Watch them shake up an entire system. With power packed performances by Amol Palekar, Rinku Rajguru, Barun Sobti, Saloni Batra and Sahil Khattar, this saga will leave you swayed. The film is written and directed by Sarthak Dasgupta  is a story about how 200 Dalit women united and took law and justice into their hands by lynching a gangster, robber and serial rapist in open court.

The trailer of the film gives us the glimpses of the real life incident that happened and the story of these women will give shivers down your spine. How these women faced the atrocities for more than 15 years owing to the loopholes in our system.

200 – Halla Ho features Amol Palekar, Barun Sobti, Rinku Rajguru, Sahil Khattar, Saloni Batra, Indraneil Sengupta, and Upendra Limaye.

The film premieres 20th August on ZEE5.
