Cry Macho, A Uplifting And Poignant Drama By Clint Eastwood

Warner Bros has finally unveiled the first official trailer for Clint Eastwood's latest film titled Cry Macho, directed by and starring Clint Eastwood. The script is an adaptation of N. Richard Nash's novel of the same name.

HBO Max dropped the trailer on social media. It tweeted, “It's going to be a long way home. Clint Eastwood’s Cry Macho arrives in theaters and on HBO Max September 17. #CryMacho”

Mike (Client) is a one-time rodeo star and washed-up horse breeder and after he loses his wife and child, he sinks into an alcoholic depression. In 1978, he takes a job from an ex-boss to bring the man's young son home from Mexico and away from his alcoholic mother, but the journey is more challenging than expected.

The film also stars Eduardo Minett, Dwight Yoakam, Natalia Traven, Fernanda Urrejola, and Horacio Garcia Rojas.

The screenplay is by Nick Schenk, the project is bankrolled by Clint Eastwood, Daniel Grodnik, Jessica Meier, Tim Moore and Albert S. Ruddy.
