Vikram Bhatt produced web series 'Maaya' have had three successful seasons till now. People have accepted all the three different seasons with different stories. The franchise is now coming up with its fourth season 'Maaya 4' which is being directed by Krishna Bhatt. The show features Rohit Roy and Aindrita Ray as lead. Krishna Bhatt spoke to News Helpline about the fourth season and much more.

Talking about season 4 and its story, Krishna said, "The journey of Maaya has always been bold topics. This is also a bold love story. Maaya 4 is the culmination of marriage and ambitions in a couple's life. You will get to see a couple following their journey of ambitions and heartbreak yet making their marriage work."

Talking about the responsibilities she has had as a director, she said, "Maaya 1 was made by my father Vikram Bhatt. So when I made Maaya 2, I had a thought in mind that it should be better than Maaya 1. Maaya 3 was better than 2, so this time also I want to make something better out of all. "

She further added, "Directing this one is very different from others because you need a lot of emotional depth in this story. It is not a regular love story. It is a very intense love story. There is a thin line of disgusting and classy and one has to keep in mind to maintain that always."

Rohit Roy and Aindrita Ray is an intersting cast. Sharing her views on casting them, she said, "I had spoken to a lot of actress during covid times for this role. Aindrita was the only one to ask about the emotional depth of the character instead of asking about the love scenes. This made me decide that she is the one. Rohit sir's name was sugested by my dad and he spoke to him. We wanted someone who could carry off this role and he is perfect."

Talking about the release of the season, she said, "We would need three months to shoot, do post production and final the edit. This monsoon people will have a great love story to watch."
