I Want To Be A Singer Like Kishore Kumar And Mohammad Rafi, Says Armaan Malik

Armaan Malik who is making waves in the field of singing says he doesn’t wants to get burn out in 2 or 3 years, but wants to become a singer like legendary singers Kishore Kumar and Mohammad Rafi.

Singer Armaan Malik was interacting with the media in Mumbai.

Armaan Malik comes from a musical family. He has created a name for himself in the Hindi music industry and globally with his mesmerizing and soulful voice. At a very young age the composer has created a niche for himself in composing, song writing and making music videos.

Armaan talking about his career said, “I don’t want to be a singer just for 2 years or for 3 years. I want to be a singer like legendary singers Kishore Kumar and Mohammad Rafi. They have sung around 15000 songs. And I want to be like them. It is true that I have started my career at a very young age and I thank god for this fame and success. I don’t think that any other singer must have attained so much so early. I want to sing till I become old. I want people to remember me and my song than also”

“It is true that once you get old new artist takes your place. And this we have seen in our industry. Singers are replaced by the other singers. After singers like Kurmar Sanu, Udit Narayan, there were Sonu Nigam, KK, Shaan, who took the Bollywood by storm. Then Arijit and me. And tomorrow will be someone else. So this cycle goes on and on. I just want to make place for myself in people’s heart and sing good numbers. I want to give my career a long graph. And this is only possible when we sign good projects and sing good songs”

“One should not burn out themselves and people do this mistake. They try to do 50 years job in one or two years. But I believe in giving space and working and this my mindset. And I have never count my success and fame, I still think that I have to work hard more and more” added Armaan.

Armaan Malik, scion of a famous musical family (his father Daboo Malik and uncle Anu Malik are Bollywood composers and grandfather Sardar Malik was a music director) turned out to be an eye-opening experience, one that definitely swings in the millennial generation's favour.
