Kangana Ranaut And Swara Bhasker In A Tug Of Words Debate On Social Media
It has been almost four months now since Sushant Singh Rajput's demise but his case is still being investigated and it has divided the industry into two. The latest update being All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) confirming that he died by suicide and was not murdered. After this news came up, Swara Bhasker took a sly dig at Kangana's self quoted words in her interview with Arnab Goswami.
Swara took to her twitter and wrote, "Hey! Now that both CBI and AIIMS have concluded that #SushantSinghRajput tragically died by suicide...weren't some people going to return their government bestowed awards?"
This was a dig at Kangana's words where in an interview with Republic TV, the actress had said that if whatever she has said and if she cannot testify, cannot prove and which is not in public domain, she will return her Padma Shri.
Kangana did not keep quiet after Swara's comment. Sharing the link to her interview, she wrote, "This is my interview, if your memory is weak then watch again. If I have made a single false accusation, then I will return all my awards, this is the promise of a Kshatriya. I am a devotee of Lord Ram. I will give my life for a promise. Jai Shri Ram. #KanganaAwardWapasKar."
Sushant's family and their lawyer Vikas Singh have disagreed with AIIMS report and have urged the CBI team to give the matter to another forensic team.
